Site indentifier - Is the site ID assigned by IIS
Host name - Is the site URL e.g. something.domain.com, www.domain.com
This command is useful if you have a wildcard or unified communications certificate.

Thanks for the post Michael. I personally used an online firm called SSL 247 to sort out the ssl web certificate for my retail website as I am not too sure on how to implement it myself.
